As we head into the last quarter of the year [WHAT? How did that even happen?] there are two ways in which i may be able to assist you if you work in an office environment, and vice versa.

[1] Corporate Improv:

We are heading towards the end of the year when businesses start thinking about Christmas parties and staff functions and if you are the person with the link to the entertainment budget then Improguise is something i would highly recommend considering. We tend to wake up too late to start advertising and so usually do one or two end of year shows, but our corporate Improv show is very popular and very worthwhile in terms of rewarding a group of people with an amazingly fun time for a year’s worth of good work. 

If you know that your company normally does an end of year function and has not locked something in yet, please get hold of me and let’s chat and see if we might not be exactly what you are looking for. With the right venue and the right setup our team of Improv actors is pretty much assured of giving you an office party/staff thank you, that you will not soon forget.

We also do school shows and workshops and can pretty much adjust what we do to the needs at hand in terms of time and team and outcome – team-building is another thing we excel at – so don’t just think of us for end of year functions, but if you are the person, or have connection to the person, point them in our direction and let’s chat.

[2] Focused Race Conversations:

If you have a staff team who really could use a space to safely engage around the topic of race through the medium of story-telling and improv then my friend Megan Furniss and i have just the thing you are looking for. We have created a three hour workshop experience which will take a group of people in a work setting and move them towards the point where it is safe to start having those race conversations that are so necessary for us. But again, we can cater for the group and the situation and adapt as necessary so talk to us about what you need and what kind of budget you have and let’s see what we can come up with.
